Unit Closings

A local emergency or disaster may cause local dialysis facilities to close. Make sure you know your facility emergency plan and where you can go to receive dialysis. Be sure to have the facility contact information including its parent or corporate headquarters. Contact the ESRD Network office for your area http://www.esrdnetworks.org/ or visit the Nephron Information Center site http://www.dialysisunits.com/ for information on unit closings (click on the "closed" box as a part of your search criteria).
