A local emergency or disaster may cause local dialysis facilities to close. Make sure you know your facility emergency plan and where you can go to receive dialysis. Be sure to have the facility contact information including its parent or corporate headquarters. Contact the ESRD Network office for your area http://www.esrdnetworks.org/ for more information.
To find out if a dialysis is opened or closed.
